We want you to be sure before you pay, which is why the total is shown up front.
Before we submit your payment
If you contact us before your payment is submitted to the city, we will cancel it and refund the full amount, including our service fee.
After we submit your payment
Fines are paid to the city, so a refund of the fine amount comes from the city. We will help you with the request. Our service fee is refunded if the problem was caused by us, for example a duplicate charge or a payment we could not submit.
